How to change your credit card details?

Credit card details cannot be changed.

If you have a 3-month Geneanet Premium subscription and need to change the credit card, simply cancel the automatic renewal then subscribe again with your new credit card when your subscription has expired.

If you have a 1-year, a 2-year or a 5-year Geneanet Premium subscription, you do not need to do anything as your subscription is paid. Just subscribe again with your new credit card when your subscription has expired.

Please note that if you renew your Geneanet Premium subscription or if you subscribe again, the new subscription term will be added to the remaining days of your current subscription.
