Sorry that I missed this opportunity. Unfortunately, I was out of town on those dates. Hopefully, I can take advantage at another date.

Thanks for the free days of premium service. I tried at 7:00 pm on 9/10 and could not access the premium files. I thought I had a few more hours.

The free library must have been nice. Unfortunate for those of us who thought it would be available on Sunday, 9/10 only to read the fine print and see that it is over because the time zone its pegged to is 10 hours ahead where it is already early Monday morning.

I searched the Geneanet Library using five generations of the Gutgsell name and all came back with “No Results”. Must be doing something wrong???

My granfather, DAVI Michele, was born in Torretta, Palermo, Italy around 1850. He married REA Maria and they had 5 children (one died very young). I cannot find any records in geneanet. Can you help ? Regards. B P Davi

I tried to look up some names but a message always comes up stating that this is for Premium members only. I thought it was free.

I have tried to access your site this morning. Two documents I would like to see say they are only available to premium members. Your email says “All books reserved for Premium members are included”. Are they really included? Why can’t I access?

Trying to open a record in the Premium category (which is advertised as free this weekend. It only gives me a screen to subscribe to your website. I live in Florida USA . We are supposed to get a major hurricane this weekend, and if we loose our power I will only be able to take advantage of this special event. one day out of the three, I was wondering if you could run this special, again some time soon ?
