No result searches when records can be found manually and on Ancestry.com

I am searching for ancestors and get no results but I can find the record using the same parameters on Ancestry.com.
At times I obtain results on Geneanet if I use the misspelling of a name that was found in the Ancestry results. Are all the Berheim records translated to English?

I can find the records if I do a manual search in the BMD collections so the records are there but not found doing a name search.
I do not see anything I am doing wrong but frustrated my searches are blank.

I tried to find a Charles Wernert, DOB 1851, Ignace Wernert and a Caroline Joga, parents and records are not found.

Can I be doing something wrong?

For Caroline, you need to go to the departmental archives, but the date and place of birth are indicated in the marriage records, so it's easy to find.
