Hello,
I am looking for a birth certificate for my great-grandfather named George Andrews William Anderson, born on 30/12/1901 in Manchester, who died in 1940 during the Battle of Dunkirk in World War II. He was singlehe has a girl he hasn't known. His parents were Andrews Walter William Anderson, born in Philadelphia, and Elizabeth Kelly Rosie Stewart, born in Bloomsburg Philadelphia, United States.
