I had a Premium account for several years before Latter-Day Saint Premium access was available. I linked my existing account through the FamilySearch links.
However, my Premium account expired and even though Latter-Day Saint access shows in my account history, I no longer have Premium access. When I try to relink my account, I get a message that I do not qualify for this offer, or I get a message that Geneanet is too busy to process my request.
Please help me link my existing account.
