cannot receive reset for password after many attempts

I have tried countless times to have my password reset sent to my e-mail address and it never appears. When I try to re-apply, I get a message that I need my password. How do I stop this endless cycle?

I need a new password as I forgot mine. The form that I am being sent to use REQUIRES that I put in old password to set a new password
