Paid for premium service and won't let me on
upgraded to premium received confirmation and won't let me look for ant info, receive message only for premium members

I just tried to pay twice for 3-month premium access. But both times there was a message that the payment had a error.
However, now I can see in my bank that both times are pending.
Also, I still don't have access to the premium features.
Can you please tell me how to proceed?
