Howdy, I've just been informed that the card I used for a premium subscription had been closed, and I discovered that I had somehow not realized I had misconfigured it as a single use card. Now I need to enter a new credit card number, but I can find no where to do that. Please help!

Thank you,
Rob Jacobson

The automatic renewal has been rejected. You will be asked for the new credit card number when you will manually renew your subscription.

Thank you for replying! I do have some eye trouble, but don't think I'm blind, and I have tried everything on every relevant page I could, and I can not find any way to enter a credit card number, or renew again, manual or otherwise. If I go to the "Premium Subscription" item on the Account menu, it shows my previous payment as paid, and my current payment as cancelled, but there are absolutely no relevant clickable links to actually renew or proceed. If I try to start a new Premium subscription, it informs me that I already have a Premium subscription with automatic renewal, and therefore will not be allowed to get another. I don't see how to renew at this time, and I do apologize if I have been stupid. Thank you for your continued help.

Please go to https://en.geneanet.org/premium/payment/ when your actual subscription has expired.

Thank you for your help! My subscription expired today, and now it is letting me renew, which I have done.

I would like to suggest that information be added that a renewal cannot be done or changed until the current one has expired. It would save people like me the trouble of having to fruitlessly try to renew or change the attached credit card, until it's allowed after the current subscription has expired. (And would save you the trouble of people like me bothering you!)

It would be even better if a way to modify a renewal could be done *before* it expires, since credit cards do have to be changed at times. But I'm sure your developers have higher priority projects queued.
