I just paid for a premium account and my card was charged 5 times instead of just once! How do I get in touch with these people? Is this site even legit?

You paid a Geneanet Premium subscription on December 4, 2017. Your Premium subscription has expired on December 4, 2018.

You did not pay any other Premium subscription since then, and we never charged you again since then.

You may be talking about another website.
