Log on to Mobile site via Ihone

I have tried several times to log on to the mobile site and reply to a Gearnet alert via my Iphone, and each time the message is either login name or password is incorrect. This is not the case when I do the same via my laptop. Can you help me?

The Geneanet mobile app for iOS is not available and not supported anymore since December 2018.

You can use the site www.geneanet.org which is responsive on your mobile or tablet.
