Birthday reminder emails

Hi,
I am getting 7 emails for the birthday reminders. Only need one. This is clogging up my email. This has just started doiing it since 14 Jul 2018. Seems like a bug. Can someone fix ?

I'm having the same 'issue' as Barb. I guess it's not as much of an issue as it's confusing at times. Is there a fix for this?
