My bis-bisnonna (Great great grandmother) is Antonina MAGGIORE - in Sicily, Begheria to be exact. She lived in Italy, ca. 1800s. born about 1816. I don't know if Renfrancore is near Begheria, which is close to Palermo, or not ... I wish you luck finding your family... Have you tried the LDS site at:    https://familysearch.org/search ? I found my great grandmother's siblings there. You can also write your family Cita di Archives.
