DNA download from FamilyTreeDNA

An error occured when I uploaded my DNA data from FamilyTreeDNA. The file was .csv.gz. Was the gz format the problem?

There's a problem with the zip file format from FTDNA since some days and the technicians are working on it.

Please unzip your DNA raw file then import it to Geneanet at https://en.geneanet.org/dna/upload/

It should work!
