your dna step by step is a joke isnt oing its job tis still loading its been over hour I only have 30,000 names an families didnt get nowhere I wanted to help with dna but with the trouble with logging in then looking at user an password were correct stupid computer passed me three times saying one or the other was wrong!!!!! so guess No dna from me did your 4 steps I believe if I dont close it its still down loading dna ancestry dna but really dont know what to say has to be another way hope so because agin this is a big Joke....
