Family tree disappeared

My family tree has disappeared and I am prompted to start a new tree. Is this because I haven't visited the site for a while?

How secure are the files? Should I be concerned that someone has my private data?

Files are absolutely and totally secure on Geneanet, and we never delete the family tree of our members.

If you had a family tree and if you don't have a family tree anymore, it means that you have deleted it by yourself.

We are sincerely sorry but we don't have numerous people with this complaint and it's not an issue. You have deleted your family tree and you don't remember it.
