For some reason I cannot sign up for premium membership. I've contacted my bank several times and they said that they fixed it so that I could join but every time I try I am rejected. You do accept Debit Cards, don't you? That is the only thing I can think of. Thoughts?

No, we don't accept debit cards. If you don't have a credit card, you can pay via PayPal or by bank transfer. Please go to https://en.geneanet.org/premium/payment/ then follow the instructions.
