LDS page says high volume

I honestly just want to be able to make my account attached to your genealogy site I click on the link to get the account and it takes me to a page where it says it is unavailable at this time and I come back later it’s been this way for an entire week is there a way that I can get the subscription without continuously looking at this page which I feel will never really go away saying that the volume is high. Any help would be appreciated thank you
