Some dates in German not accepted in GEDCOM file.

When a GEDCOM file created on my Mac, which normally has German language settings, is uploaded into Geneanet, (using Geneanet Upload), the dates in the month of March are not accepted. In German March is März, which is the only month with a special character in it, which may be the problem.
As a workaround the laptop settings can be changed temporarily to English, but that is inconvenient, as other apps are affected.
