If I pay for 2 years premium membership, what currency am I paying in? I live in Canada and showing $ does not tell me if it is Canadian dollars or US dollars. I need to know so I know which credit card to use...

I paid in Canadian dollars but would have preferred being given a choice. Then I would have paid in US$.
