Pending Payment

I tried three times with my card and once with my wife's card to sign up Saturday, September 12. Got a message saying the bank wouldn't put it through. The bank said the problem was with the merchant (you). How do I cancel the pending payment to clear things so I can try again? How do I get on this site besides doing a bank transfer?

You have access to all Premium options and services since September 14.

If you want to cancel the automatic renewal of your Premium subscription​, please go to https://en.geneanet.org/privilege/history then click "Cancel the automatic renewal".
