Cancelling subscription

Hi! I want to cancel my subscription. This site has not been helpful in my research as it is not user friendly. Now I find that cancelling is also not user friendly. Please advise how I can cancel as I am getting very frustrated with a site that states that it doesn't answer emails!
Please also confirm that you don't have my credit card details and will not renew my subscription. Thank you.

You have a free Geneanet account. You never paid for the Premium susbcription so we don't have your credit card details.

To delete your Geneanet account, please go to then click "Delete account" at the bottom of the page.
