Premium membership not active although says I am ?!

My 3 month Premium subscription has expired and the notification under my account says the automatic renewal was cancelled

I did query with the Premium team two days ago as it had conflicting messages there of No automatic and automatic renewal. I was assured by the team that my renewal was automatic.
Today I find my Premium membership is no longer in place. I thought I would sign up for a year then, but I got this message: "You already have a Premium subscription with an automatic renewal. It's not possible to get a new Premium subscription"

So how come i have no access to Premium features and my Premium membership is not active but "cancelled". ? I am very confused.
Please could let me know what I need to do to get this Premium membership reinstated and active

It has been fixed, sincerely sorry. You can now subscribe again.
