As it is clearly said in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and on the Premium subscription page, the refund is not possible.

I would also like to cancel my account, why is it this so hard . My membership has been up graded to premium without my consent , this is fraudulent .It seems ridiculous to have to send a letter to France from Australia to cancel an account , my other option is to report this to my bank as fraudulent and have them block this unwanted transaction ,does any one else have this problem ?

@youlfamily: YOU have paid a 3-month Geneanet Premium subscription on November 6, 2019.

When you subscribed to Geneanet Premium, it was clearly said that renewal is automatic and that you can cancel the automatic renewal at any time, as you can see at https://en.geneanet.org/premium/payment/
You also received an email saying that renewal is automatic.

You have now cancelled the automatic renewal of your Premium subscription.

Your Premium subscription will expire on August 06, 2020, and you will not be charged after this date.
Just ignore the reminders you will receive.
