Premium Subscription Cancellation and Refund

My young niece was searching our family history for a school project and she took my credit card and paid for a premium subscription to this website without my permission. This happened a couple of hours ago and I would like to cancel the premium subscription and obtain a refund for the payment. I have already alerted my bank to the mistake and have tried to contact Geneanet via ticket, via Facebook, and now via this platform. Unfortunately, there is no phone number to explain the situation. I am so sorry for the trouble that this had caused, but I cannot afford to pay $90 for this mistake and my niece is in BIG trouble!
