How do I cancel a subscription?

I have not used this, I even forgot I had signed up for it 3 months ago and I don't want to be charged again. you sent me an email reminding me to renew, but I'm looking at others who have tried to cancel on this forum who have been charged anyway and one person said that a letter must be sent to cancel a Premium account which is what I have. I don't want to get charged again for it. You should have some way to do this online. Please remove my credit card information from your website, there isn't a way to do that either. If I am charged I will dispute it with my credit card company.

Your Premium subscription has expired on January 12, 2020, and the automatic renewal was cancelled. Just ignore the reminders you will receive.
