How to set your root and the owner of your site.

I have tried several times. they say to put the first letter of your last name and first name. I did that and I can not get me Margaret Scandrett on both of those. Sorry I am 81 and not real smart with computers. Is ther some one can help me or set it for me. thank you I love this Geneanet as my ancestors came from France. thanks for all that you do. There's no Margaret Scandrett in your family tree. You must add it then you will be able to set the family tree root and owner.
