Username incorrect because there are 2 being used to sent the alerts.

I have been receiving lots of alerts for my Joseph Hartmann by e mail alert system. But, most are coming in with my old user name. I need to have just one so I can open all of them. My current is marysabol1 and I can open those. The old on was just marysabol. I cannot open any that come with that spelling. So I'd appreciate an update on this problem.

The account "marysabol" does not exist.

You have 3 Geneanet accounts:
- "msabol1": Premium account
- "msabol": free account
- "marysabol1": free account

I suggest that you use "msabol1" and that you delete the 2 others. Tell me if you want me to delete these 2 accounts.

Yes, thank you, please remove 2 of the user names and I'll use the one msabol1. It'll be nice to see all the alerts as they come in.

The accounts "msabol" and "marysabol1" have been deleted.
