Premium membership payment

I am not finding anywhere to where I can update my recurring subscription credit card payment. My card expires in about a week’s time and I no not want my tree lost because my card is expiring. I have been extremely dissatisfied with the difficulty in getting any kind of help from Geneanet,no ability to contact a human being, The answer to everything seems to be “available the premium members only”. My experience with Geneanet has definitely not inspired me to want to become a Premium member

You have a free Geneanet account and you can continue to use it as long as you want. Your family tree will not be removed.

I am trying to get a premium membership, but when I go to pay the only payment option is to pay through hipay which has a reputation for being insecure, spammy and for saving your credit card information into its system. Is there an alternate way to pay?

Hipay is not insecure and we never had any complaint from our members who paid through it.
