Resending invitations

Good morning,

I have just tried to send a guest invitation to a relative, but a message appears indicating
that there already has been a message sent to the email address, but they haven't replied.

It seems that I did send a message previously [perhaps 12 months ago], but I would like
to re-send it now as the recipient claims he never received it.

Is there any way I can delete the "already sent" message and start again?

Thanks,
Andrew

Unfortunately not. Your contact must answer the invitation you have already sent.

I am unable to send an invitation for the first time to my friend because he has no Geneanet username.  how can I get a username for him so I can send him the invite?  Thanks,

In the invitation form, just enter his name and email address, and he will be asked to create a free Geneanet account.

Someone have sent me an invitation to her tree but I am unable to open it it says "Due to heavy load, the Geneanet Database is unavailable." Please try again later. I have tried numerous times and it does not change even though Geneanet works very well and allows me to add people on my tree. She is unable to re send an invitation. What do I do to open her invitation? Please advice. Many thanks.

I have no problem accessing her family tree through your account.

Please go to https://en.geneanet.org/contacts/ then enter "d484" in the search form then click "View their family tree" in the dropdown list.

She gave you visitor access rights not guest. You must ask her to change your access rights.
