Hello,

If you have a one or two-year subscription, it will end automatically, just ignore the reminders.

If you have a three-month subscription, go to this page:
https://en.geneanet.org/privilege/history

In the purple stripe at the top, you should see something like "End automatic renewal", just click and you're done ;)

Good Morning,

I set up my premium subscription today for three months and I would like to cancel the automatic subscription of another 3 months after. Please let me know when this is completed, I would appreciate it.
