I am elderly. I signed up today for the 3 months thing to try it out but I want to cancel my premium service NOW!!!

I, like many others in this thread, wish to delete my premium account. I am not going to mail a letter to France to do this. Can you please cancel my premium subscription?

I can’t understand why can’t even do a search every time I try comes back nothing what am I missing here do u need to fill in all of the information to get it to work
