I want to cancel my premium account

When I went to delete my account it says that this can
Only be done by a letter being mailing-Overseas address. I
Am in Australia. I should not have to do this and do not want
To pay international postage charges. I have only just set up the account.
I was trying to find info on one particular relative. Very limited, more info
On websites I am already a member of.
Can you please cancel my subscription remotely, so I don't
Have to send a letter? Please do the right thing if
Care about your customers.

I can’t understand why can’t even do a search every time I try comes back nothing what am I missing here do u need to fill in all of the information to get it to work
