Berneaud - Freÿ - Roussel - Praÿe - Morée

Has anyone researching French Huguenots come across any of these surnames?
I have been working with a Name Index Card from the Walloon Library in Leiden, but I am hitting some walls since these have very limited information.
My ancestors seem to have fled France and settled in Hanau and maybe other cities in Germany. I have tentatively traced them from 1777 to 1688.
Geneanet's community help will be greatly appreciated.
