I paid the premium subscription for 2 years & have had confirmation emails. But when I log in or transfer from ancestry, I dont get premium access & it still says 'become premium' in the top right corner. Any ideas?

Jean-Yves, Are you telling me that there will be material on Geneanet that you will not be able to get via Ancestry? You say for now I will need both subscriptions. I can see why I need to keep Ancestry - there's more material available on it that can't be found on Geneanet. Such as uk records etc. ...

i also tried my samsung phone which is google chrome i believe. Just downloaded firefox and it still wont open. Still times out. Ive even tried turning off antivirus!

I use microsoft edge on laptop. Safari on ipad.

You can obviously see it, so i dont understand why it wont open for me. I tried over several days and always the same. Id got to the point of thinking i was trying to open the wrong site!
