How to download your DNA data from MyHeritage?

Follow the instructions below to download your DNA data from MyHeritage:

1. Sign in to your MyHeritage account

Sign in to your MyHeritage account, pass your mouse over the menu DNA, then click “Manage DNA kits”.

2. Click “Download kit”

Click the three dots menu (hamburger menu) corresponding to the DNA kit you want to export, then click “Download kit”.

3. Click “Continue” in the “DNA data file download” window

4. Confirm download

Check the “I confirm that downloading the DNA data…” checkox then click “Continue” in the “Confirmation for downloading raw DNA data” window.

5/ Open email

An email has been sent to you. Click “Continue Download” in the email.

6. Download your DNA data

You are redirected to MyHeritage. Enter your password then download your raw DNA data.

Your DNA data are saved to your computer and you can now upload them to Geneanet!
