Copyright - privacy issue

I see that you have the text of my book, Descendants of John and Catherine Cull Cox of Wayne County, Indiana and Joseph Cox of Hampton, Illinois on your website.  As I have not given permission for this, this is a copyright violation.  I am particularly concerned that you have included information on living purposes. This is potentially damaging for the persons listed and was not contemplated by the people who provided such information to me.  Please either delete the book as a whole or delete all the living persons and confirm to me that you have done so.
